The following outline’s our standard  Wedding Terms and Conditions.

Coverage is scheduled for the agreed period of time as outlined on the payment invoice. If Reception coverage is included the finish time will be 9pm at the latest to allow for first dance. Additional hour's can be paid for in one hour blocks on the night in cash / instant bank transfer at £75  an hour.

Booking Fee/Deposit – This is non-refundable and due on signing this agreement ( or agreed date ), the (booking fee/Deposit) is agreed at the initial consultation, and will be deducted from the total amount agreed as per the payment invoice. With the balance been paid at two point's, half 6 month's before and the balance in total becoming due 2 Weeks before the day of the Wedding. Terms and conditions apply to any discount's applied and are only usually valid at time of booking and therefore can not be added or used later. Regardless of who is paying the photography fee our contract is with the bride(s)/Groom(s).

Cancellation – The client may cancel the contract at any time by giving written notice to the photographer/s but in doing so shall forfeit any monies paid. Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the wedding will result in the payment in full becoming due. All cancellations must be in writing.

Images – All image size are nominal. The photographer/s will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

For a booking involving a church ceremony or at certain venues, the photographer's movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge. Some may not allow any photo's during the ceremony or the area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer's choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for these situation's should this be the case. We advise you to make yourselves aware of the rules of the venue concerned and if necessary negotiate with the personnel concerned.

We can not guarantee any specific image you request, either background, location or arrangement although every effort will be made, sometimes it just isn't possible either due to time, weather or limitation's set by venue/church.

Contract – The Bride(s) and Groom(s) and the photographer(s) consent to happily cooperate and communicate with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. The photographer(s) may require assistance gathering people for organising family groups. The Bride(s) and Groom(s) ( or nominated person), also agree to give the photographer(s) sufficient warning of key events at the wedding to give the photographer time to prepare e.g. Bouquet throwing, cutting the cake, speeches etc. please note that not all guests at a wedding like having there photo taken. In such case's the wedding photographer(s) will use there discretion but cannot be held responsible for the lack of photos of these people. It is understood that Craftylove-photography will act as the sole and exclusive wedding photographer. Craftylove-photography reserves the right to bring one assistant at her discretion.

Paparazzi / Wedding Guests – All your guests will want to photograph the Bride(s) and Groom(s). In the spirit of cheerful cooperation, the Bride(s) and Groom(s) agree to give the photographers precedence over your guest in order to take the photographs required for the wedding services described above. We cannot be held liable for a lack of wedding photos if guests taking their own photos of the Bride(s) and Groom(s) have continually interrupted the photographer's work.

Copyright law – English Copyright Law states that the copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. Craftylove Photography grant the Bride(s) and Groom(s) permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. The images taken by the photographers are for personal use by the Bride(s) and Groom(s) and their friends and relatives (including printing and for use on social media). Selling, publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior permission from Craftylove Photography. The Bride(s) and Groom(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the bussiness in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, social media, sample albums etc.

Completed Pictures/USB/Album – All photographs will be shot in digital format. Digital photo's will be delivered as JPEG files on a USB, as well as made available on a private online gallery for a minimum 30 days. The online Gallery will be ready 1-3 weeks after the wedding and then the USB will be dispatched shortly after with any prints included or ordered ( The time frame for this will vary from client to client on when you let craftylove photogarphy know your choice's ). Craftylove Photography reserve the right to change the USB and photo books as we see fit to keep the quality. You will always receive  something of either equal value or better quality than agreed.

Changes – It is the Bride(s) and Groom(s) responsibility to inform Craftylove Photography of any changes in circumstance's for example, change in venue, time of wedding, ( first dance to be completed no later than 9pm if included in package) and your contact details like Address, phone number and email. If replacement USB, print's, photo book, etc need to be sent due to failure to inform of change's the Bride(s) and Groom(s) will be held liable of any additional cost's for this.

Limit Of Liability – If a photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified, the photographer(s) will attempt to book a replacement wedding photographer. If a replacement photographer(s) cannot be found, then liabilty is limited to a refund of any payments received. The photographers have various working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images, however in the very unlikely event those images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons out of / beyond our control, in these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of Images supplied.

Personal Accident – Any directions issued during wedding photographic shoot are deemed to be at said persons own risk. The photographer's cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents occurred during your wedding.

Agreement - This contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. To confirm your booking and acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions in this contract and payment invoice, please sign, date, and return with the deposit to Craftylove Photography. Please sign all Copies and payment invoice, One needs to be given to Craftylove Photography and the other is for your records.
